We're looking for a Treasury Operation Specialist to join our team.
You Will:
- Processing payments and processing deposit refunds for clients.
- Management of the company’s multi-currency cash flows.
- Setting up bank payments for daily operations and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
- Ongoing monitoring of balances and processing payments at specific cut-off times and checking money has been received at the appropriate time.
- Client Funds Segregation.
- Safeguarding Maintenance.
- Safeguarding Audit.
- Gathering bank statements and management of bank-related accounts.
- Monitor and analyse the relevant transaction data of payment.
- Involvement in month-end close procedures and investigations.
- Preparation of files and involvement in Audit.
- Supporting with BACS / SEPA and International payment inquiries and investigations.
Requirements
- Treasury and financial background.
- At least 1/2 years of work experience
- FX/Payments/Banking industry experience ideal.
- Knowledge of MS Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Back office experience with banking payment processes and communication with banks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Strong communication skills – the ability to pick up the phone and quickly and efficiently resolve problems with other teams and partners worldwide.
- Maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy while working to tight deadlines.
- Excellent administration and time management skills - the ability to manage and organize multiple work streams simultaneously.
- Problem-solving/decision-making skills - the ability to decide on the best course of action required to solve a range of problems and queries.
- Positive and maintain a can-do attitude.
