  • Provide excellence in the end-to-end resourcing and recruitment process
  • Designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Actively engaging and sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust and demonstrable candidate pipeline
  • Managing candidate database by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing phone screenings and interviews
  • Ensuring data accuracy and integrity of the applicant tracking system and candidate record management system
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
  • Working with hiring managers to ensure the business needs are met
  • Collaborate with HR on different initiatives and processes

  • Min. 2 years of previous experience either in-house or in agency recruitment recruiting within Finance area
  • Excellent knowledge of the local Finance job market including current trends, needs, salary benchmarking
  • Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
  • Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
  • Previous experience in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to meet agreed deliverables and prioritize
  • Knowledge of local employment requirements
