Description
- Provide excellence in the end-to-end resourcing and recruitment process
- Designing and managing job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Actively engaging and sourcing candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust and demonstrable candidate pipeline
- Managing candidate database by reviewing resumes and job applications, performing phone screenings and interviews
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity of the applicant tracking system and candidate record management system
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Working with hiring managers to ensure the business needs are met
- Collaborate with HR on different initiatives and processes
Requirements
- Min. 2 years of previous experience either in-house or in agency recruitment recruiting within Finance area
- Excellent knowledge of the local Finance job market including current trends, needs, salary benchmarking
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Previous experience in working with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to meet agreed deliverables and prioritize
- Knowledge of local employment requirements
