Description

Papaya Global is seeking an experienced sales operations manager who will join our revenue operations team and have a key role in building our sales processes. You will be responsible for increasing and enhancing sales productivity and effectiveness through the creation and implementation of innovative, long-term sales processes that meet client acquisition and growth goals and deliver strong returns on investment. We are looking for a data-driven, strategic, and results-oriented individual who can conceptualize, design, and execute programs end-to-end.

You will be:

  • Leading initiatives to drive sales strategies forward with executives, peers, and key stakeholders while fostering close, cooperative relationships with these individuals
  • Coordinating sales forecasting, planning, KPI/sales metrics monitoring, and budgeting processes
  • Overseeing the production and provision of routine sales reporting and analysis used by sales team leaders, senior management, and board directors to drive business decisions
  • Managing global sales forecasts and pipeline measurement and analytics
  • Working closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to define and design sales processes and automations
  • Proactively designing and executing monitoring processes to ensure the success and SLA attainment of the sales team
  • Driving the adoption of sales processes, methodologies, and sales tools through onboarding new employees and reinforcing them throughout the organization
Requirements
  • At least 3+ years of experience in sales operations in a SaaS company
  • Proven experience working with Salesforce.com. Experience with other sales and marketing technology platforms – advantage
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics and sales objectives and their translation into tools and processes to achieve company goals
  • Strong Excel skills – advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong planning and anticipation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hutzpah, and self-motivation are required
  • University degree or a comparable level achieved through experience
