Papaya Global is reinventing global payroll and workforce management. Our automated platform helps companies hire, onboard, manage, and pay people in more than 160 countries. 

We are looking to hire a Senior Product Analyst to work within our Product team (nine domains covering workforce onboarding, payroll, payments and more).

This is our first product analytics hire and the role will use data to embed a product-led strategy within Papaya. The aim of the role is to help us understand product adoption, feature impact, and improvement areas. You will deliver actionable insights from our data as part of our growing internal Data Analytics team (five people). This role will have an immediate impact on our decision making. Projects will include the following:

  •   Implementing an events-based tracking tool, alongside the Engineering and Product Management teams
  •   Defining success criteria across product domains
  •   Establishing the principles of an experimentation culture alongside our Director of Product Operations 


You will be responsible for the full process, from meeting with stakeholders, exploring and analysing data to presenting output. This role in our internal Data Analytics team will work alongside Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Senior Management. Together you will deliver a data-driven product roadmap. 

 Day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Accessing data, completing analysis, and presenting the output
  • Proactively using data to present opportunities to develop the product roadmap
  • Improving how data is analysed and consumed by Product Managers
  • Collaborating with colleagues in Data Engineering to validate data
  • Ensuring output is automated, documented, and scalable
  • Supporting the drive to make data the core of our product decision making
  • Skilled at developing and communicating insights from behavioural data in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Comfortable with daily use of SQL and a data visualisation tool
  • Experience setting up and analysing A/B tests with small sample sizes
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • A self-starter with a problem-solving attitude
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
