We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner who will serve as a senior HR Advisor and help align the region’s people strategy with its business strategy. A real people champion, change agent, and strategic partner for the business. 


Responsibilities:

  • Provision of operational HR support to our employees and managers for the region across the full employee lifecycle; ensuring a consistent interpretation and application of existing employment policies and practices
  • Provide support, guidance, and coaching for regional and local stakeholders and employees on various HR issues; helping line managers deal with organisational, people, and change-related issues
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and provide HR policy guidance
  • Supporting local teams to increase productivity and create high-performing environment
  • Participate in regional HR projects ( e.g. engagement, performance management recognition) providing insights and parameters for how the team can be leveraged to streamline employee experience
  • Manage the country specific employee records and processes to ensure local labor law compliance, accuracy and quality
  • Partner with regional HR to facilitate a streamlined HR experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as HRBP/similar role in a global tech organisation
  • Relevant Master’s degree (Organisational psychology/sociology, labor studies)
  • Experience working in a divers, multicultural and international organisations with the dynamic and complex changing work environment
  • A genuine hands-on approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and fluctuating levels of demand and the ability to independently complete tasks
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organisation
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle situations with appropriate care and compassion
  • Fluent in English
  • Practical knowledge of polish (and European) labor law
  • Ability to interact across all levels of the organisation
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability skills
