The business applications team is looking for a dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated Salesforce Project Manager who can provide tech vision, direction and leadership to Papaya operations stakeholders.

This position reports to the business application manager under the product department.

You will:

  • Create strategies and plans that define how technology should be utilized to shape the organization's overall business strategy, architecture, and processes, which will maximize the impact of technology on Papaya Operations teams.
  • Collect business requirements and convert them into user stories and technical requirements for the business applications engineers by working directly with business stakeholders and the product team.
  • Lead cross-department implementation of new business applications projects
  • Evaluate gaps and opportunities for improvement to scale new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
  • Create tickets and plan sprints effectively in our project management solution.
  • Attain a granular level understanding of business processes and pain points for assigned projects
  • Assist with migration from older systems/processes into
  • 4+ years of Hands-on experience as a salesforce administrator in the tech industry with knowledge of at least 3 of the following domains – Lead to Opportunity, Quote to Cash, Service, Marketing Automation, CLM, Finance operations (Procurement, Revenue Recognition etc.).
  • Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.) to analyze and improve sprint planning
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard reporting functionality or by using Tableau.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision at detailed levels.
  • Strong project management, time management and organizational skills.
