We are looking for an exceptional leader to join our team as a Regional Strategic Partner Relationship Manager, reporting to our Head of Strategic Partnerships.   This role will require someone who is service orientated, intrinsically motivated, interested in hard challenges, highly flexible and adaptable. The following are the primary responsibilities of the role.

You Will:

A brief outline of defined roles and responsibilities is found below. But this can be summed up in one sentence for partners, and that is “How can I help”. A Regional Strategic Partner Relationship Manager will be able to do the groundwork internally in resolving issues for partners and providing concierge-type support for Papaya’s Payroll and EoR in country partners (ICP’s). Such as: 

  • Managing the setup and Payroll/EOR ICP onboarding on Salesforce
  • Help with setting and training on correct expectations, processes, and the tools available for ICP’s to use the platform. Track ICP usage of the Platform to ensure proper processes are followed.
  • Embedding these external partnerships within Papaya and creating the playbooks on how we work with these partners in a seamless way in our Platform.
  • Documenting and managing to ensure Partners conform with defined SLA’s
  • Minimizing CSM & ICP communication via building a knowledge database
  • Being Papaya’s point of contact and interface with our ICP’s including managing and resolving escalations. Build escalation processes within Salesforce
  • Provide updates on Platform features with ICP
  • Quarterly performance reviews and corrective actions, budgeting, volume forecasting of new upcoming new projects, and terminations with ICP’s
  • Documenting service scope definition/pricing for out of scope
  • Building processes between ICP and other departments of Papaya - Finance, COE, and Legal
  • Ensuring the communication related to Country updates are provided to COE
  • Define and document PTO management requirements with ICP’s
  • Maintain a list of preferred ICP’s within each Region
Requirements
  • Ability to manage time effectively between calls and handling cases
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Maniacal attention to detail required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to present information in a succinct, clear fashion
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and roll up sleeves to “go figure it out” in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the payroll/EoR process
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Salesforce experience recommended
