We are seeking a highly motivated Payment Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Finance team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our global payment operations.


  • Operate and process payments via different payment methods such as SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, Faster payments
  • Oversee end-to-end global payment processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international regulations.
  • Execute, monitor, and reconcile payments through various channels, including electronic funds transfer and online payment platforms.
  • Collaborate with payment service providers and financial institutions to optimize payment processes and resolve any issues.
  • Analyze and investigate exceptions and escalations , define RCA and corrective actions
  • Analyze existing payment processes and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Implement enhancements to streamline global payment operations and enhance user experience.


  • Proven experience in payment operations, preferably within a global workforce management or technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with global payment processing systems and commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with payment platforms integrated into HR and payroll solutions.
  • Knowledge of international payment processes, currencies, and regulatory environments.
  • Certification in Payments or related field is a plus.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams within a technology-driven ecosystem.
