We are seeking a highly motivated Payment Operations Solution Manager to join our dynamic operation team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our global payment operations. 

As a Solution Manager in the Payments domain, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing payment solutions to meet the business needs of our organization. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to ensure the successful delivery of payment-related projects. 

Processes Solution Design and improvements   

  • Collaborate with operations leads, product managers and business analysts to understand payment business requirements. 
  • Design end-to-end payment solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices. 
  • Conduct regular reviews of payment processes to identify areas for improvement. 
  • Implement changes to optimize processes and enhance overall effectiveness. 

Stakeholder Collaboration: 

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on solution development. 
  • Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals. 

Quality Assurance: 

  • Define and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability and accuracy of payment solutions. 
  • Conduct testing and validation to guarantee the functionality of payment systems. 

Expansion of PSP's (Payment Service Providers): 

  • Evaluate and expand relationships with PSPs to enhance payment capabilities. 
  • Assess new PSPs for potential partnerships and integrations. 
  • Set new payment routing strategies to optimize transaction flows. 
  • Develop new payment schemas to accommodate evolving business requirements. 
  • Collaborate with various payment service providers to test and validate new routing and schema implementations. 

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, IT, Computer Science). 
  • Proven experience of 4 years in solution management, particularly in the payments domain. 
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, including card payments, electronic funds transfer, and emerging payment technologies. 
  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successful solution delivery. 
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and security standards in the payments industry. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Preferred Skills: 
  • Certifications in project management or relevant payment industry certifications. 
  • Experience with agile development methodologies. 
  • Knowledge of API integrations and digital payment technologies.
