- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies targeting key accounts and high-value prospects, aligning campaigns with overall business goals.
- Manage a performance marketing manager overseeing ABM funnel and technology, and work closely with the sales team to optimize outbound activities and lead growth initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights to enhance effectiveness and ensure ROI measurement for all campaigns.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement data-driven marketing initiatives to increase customer acquisition, conversion rates, and revenue generation.
- Own the planning and development of ABM field events, engaging key individuals through various channels and innovative techniques.
- Collaborate with the sales team, aligning marketing strategies to support their efforts and lead, educate, and coach global sales teams on ABM efforts.
- Leverage marketing technology to streamline and scale marketing efforts efficiently.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, with prior experience as a performance manager at a B2B SaaS company.
- "Get things done” approach with a strong desire to own and lead projects end-to-end.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in growth marketing, account-based marketing, or a related role within a B2B SaaS company or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to devise innovative marketing strategies.
