We’re looking for energetic, reliable, and adaptable payroll manager who is a leader in process improvements and data validations for the accurate and efficient processing of payroll. In this role you will need to shape your organization and change build the future process and team.

You will:

  • Lead a group of GPE professionals in charge of payroll data and benefits and in charge of the company’s E2E supplier-customer data
  • Coach and mentor a team of GPEs and train new hires on processes and procedures
  • Be a content expert and a go to person for multiple interfaces as to onboarding suppliers to the company’s system, proactive problem solver, and partner to CSM team leads, COE, R&D & Product leaders
  • Lead payroll audits and process improvements for the Data & Payroll Department to ensure accuracy, data integrity, and adherence to regulatory mandates 
  • Manage, review, and validate salary changes, benefits, and equity processing between various systems as it relates to payroll 
  • Serve as a point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on all payroll inquiries
  • Ensure team cohesion, collaboration, understanding and application of department processes and internal SLA's
  • Ensure daily team meetings and regular 1:2:1’s, including probation review are being completed 
  • Remain up to date with international payroll laws/regulations

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in regional/ global payroll operations with a large multi-national company
  • Leadership experience with past experience in leading and mentoring teams
  • Detailed oriented
  • Fluent in English; Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong customer service skills & experience with outsourced payroll providers
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • BS. in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or similar - a plus

Nice to have

  • Experience with SOX, SOC1, project management, and knowledge in international payroll regulations are beneficial
