We are looking for a demand generation manager with proven experience in enterprise SaaS B2B marketing to join our team. You will be responsible for paid marketing initiatives that drive traffic and generate leads and contribute to the development of our strategy, optimization, KPIs and ROI analysis.
You’ll join our Marketing team based in our headquarters, Herzliya, Israel.
About The Role
- Manage high budget and large-scale Search and Social PPC campaigns (hands-on).
- Analyze and optimize campaigns constantly to maximize revenue.
- Initiate and implement improvements and creative solutions to increase campaigns activity.
- Research: Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors, and talk to the different marketers to help inform your strategy.
- Innovate: Identify and prioritize new opportunities and challenges and work closely with the different business teams to guide the conceptualization of the innovative solutions.
- Respond quickly to changes in online marketing and adapt to capitalize on new opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B performance marketing role.
- Number oriented with analytical skills, comfortable with large sets of data and numbers.
- Can-do approach and ability to swiftly move from strategy planning to execution, and reiterate based on performance
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fluent English - Verbal and written.
- Experience working with HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent CRM tools
