Collection Team Lead

Papaya Global is reinventing global payroll and workforce management. Our automated platform helps companies hire, onboard, manage, and pay people in more than 160 countries. We are looking for a driven, high-energy, hands-on Collections team lead to join the finance team.

You will:

  • Ongoing review of team productivity
  • Ensuring team goals are aligned to business strategy and goals
  • Leading a high performing team through ongoing change management to maximize business performance
  • Leading, coaching and developing employees, ensuring a high level of commitment and capability through focused collection routines
  • Managing efficiency and ensuring targets are met
  • Allocating work assignments and establishing KPIs and performance standards and metrics
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field or 5 years of equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in business-to-business collections
  • Knowledge of Priority, Netsuite or similar A/R System
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - to gain insight and take action largely through pivot table reports
  • Proven ability to work effectively with key stakeholders and clients at all organizational levels and departments to achieve desired results
