Ceridian is primarily an HCM solution that also offers payroll services. It is not a unified payroll and payments platform and does not have in-house payment capabilities. All their payment solutions are delivered through third-party payroll providers, limiting control and visibility over payments.

If you outsource your global payroll to Ceridian, you will be required to replace your partner network with Ceridian’s local and global partners, as well as adopt Dayforce’s native payroll solution.

Papaya platform’s implementation can be completed in 2 to 4 weeks and comes with full support from Papaya’s customer success team and local experts in each country. You don’t need to overhaul your current operation and can seamlessly integrate your existing providers into our solution.

Ceridian’s implementation of the Dayforce solution typically takes 3 months for smaller customers. As for enterprise customers, the process may take as much as 12 months until completion.
