The new team includes Ruben Drong as Chief innovation Officer (CIO); Zvika Liblich as Chief Strategy Officer (CSO); Nadav Naaman as Chief Product Officer (CPO), and Benny Vazana as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Finance.
The new leaders will expand and drive leadership in the market and expand Papaya’s offerings to meet future needs in global hiring, payroll and payroll payments.
Ruben, one of our co-founders, will build the road map for growth. In his new position as chief innovator, Ruben will determine our future services, offerings, and partnerships to strengthen and expand Papaya’s position in the market.
Story-brand expert Zvika Liblich will lead Papaya’s brand, build the strategic narrative for Papaya’s future, and promote Papaya’s technology solutions across the world.
Zvika is a proven leader who knows how to build a successful enterprise from the ground up. Prior to joining Papaya, Zvika demonstrated his vision and leadership over 16 years as Chief Marketing Officer at the Israeli media giant, Keshet. He joined the company when it was a small television station and played a key role in building it into Israel’s biggest media company.
The two strategy experts will be joined by experienced product specialist Nadav Naaman, who will lead the transition of the Papaya Platform into a self-service, high-end product. He will oversee the further development of the Papaya Platform, particularly in the areas of automation, scale, connectivity, and self-service.
He comes to Papaya Global after serving as Chief Product Officer at PayU (a leading Global Payments Service Provider). Prior to that, Nadav was founder and CEO of Docady – a personal assistance utility startup and held product leadership roles at Zooz (acquired by PayU), LivePerson, PayPal and eBay.
As Papaya’s Global Senior VP Finance, Benny Vazana will oversee Papaya Global’s finance functions, including accounting, treasury, tax, financial planning and analysis and corporate development.
For the past 3 years, Benny served as a VP Finance at Tufin Software Technologies where he played a key role in the company’s IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. In his 16 years of experience, Benny served as a global VP Finance and Regional COO at Triana technologies, as a CFO at Markstone Capital partners, and as senior manager at PwC.
Papaya CEO Eynat Guez said the new leaders would take Papaya Global to a new era of success. “This is the dream team of experts with the knowledge and experience to build a new category of workforce management,” she said.
