Belize 🇧🇿

El Salvador 🇸🇻

Guatemala 🇬🇹

The minimum salary in Guatemala is now as follows:

  • Agricultural activities: 2,872.55 GTQ
  • Non-Agricultural activities: 2,959.24 GTQ
  • Export and Maquila activities: 2,704.35 GTQ

Mexico 🇲🇽

  • The minimum wage rose to 172.87 MXN per day and to 260.34 MXN in the Free Economic Zone of the Northern Border

Nicaragua 🇳🇮

  • The national minimum wage now ranges from 4,723.95 NIO per month for the agriculture, forestry, and fishing industry and 10,571.78 NIO per month for construction, financial institutions, and insurance.

  • The standard rate of VAT in Indonesia increased to 11.00%

Kazakhstan 🇰🇿

The national monthly minimum wage is now 60,000.00 KZT

Uzbekistan 🇺🇿

  • The national minimum wage in Uzbekistan is now 822,000 UZS.

EMEA

Bulgaria 🇧🇬

  • The Minimum Wage increased from BGN 650 to BGN 710.

Ghana 🇬🇭

  • The daily minimum wage in Ghana is now 13.53 GHS or 365.31 GHS per month.

Greece 🇬🇷

  • Payroll contributions and personal income tax rates have been updated.

Kenya 🇰🇪

  • Payroll contributions and personal income tax rates have been updated.
  • The standard working week should not exceed 56 hours now.
  • Employers are now required to provide extra pay to employees who work during night hours (between 10 pm and 6 am) if time off in lieu is not provided. The pay amount must be not less than 1.2 times the regular hourly salary.
  • An employee is entitled to 10 consecutive calendar days of leave at least once out of the minimum 15 calendar days of leave.

Kuwait 🇰🇼

  • Payroll contributions and personal income tax rates have been updated.

Poland 🇵🇱

  • The minimum wage for local hires is now 3,010 PLN gross per month, and 19.70 PLN gross per hour for civil contract workers.
